What we do, plainly.

We post bail bonds in Colorado. We've done it the same way since 1988: pick up the phone, explain what's happening, get paperwork signed quickly, and post. That's the whole job.

Bond types

Three ways a bond can be posted.

Most cases use a surety bond. Cash and property are case-specific. We'll explain which makes sense before any paperwork is signed.

  1. 01

    Surety bond

A bondsman posts on your behalf for the standard premium. Most common bond type.

  2. 02

    Cash bond

Full bail amount paid in cash. Refundable when the case concludes.

  3. 03

    Property bond

Real property pledged against the bail amount in lieu of cash.
